Shri Jay N. Shukla is the Partner & Co. Founder, ( Litigation & Non Litigation), at the Firm. He is a senior member of the Regulatory practice group. With extensive experience of over 7• years, he has been representing large Indian businesses and clients across India on matters related to Revenue, Commercial disputes, Contentious matters related to SERFASI law, Investigation of MACT matters. He regularlyappears before Revenue Tribunals, SSRD, SERFASI Matters, District Collector Litigations, other national and state level regulatory authorities. Jay has represented and advised numerous clients on matters involving Revenue Banking & Finance, Revenue Tribunals, Investigation of Property Titles & MACT matters, District Collector, District Magistrate, corporate frauds and regulatory issues sector. He has significant experience in conducting whistleblower and internal investigations and has in-depth understanding of the entire life cycle of investigations.Shri Jay N. Shukla is practising in Revenue Litigations, Criminal Laws, Civil Laws, Negotiable InstrumentAct,& Family Laws Since 2015, & in Revenue Sector Since 2011. He has been closely involved in some of the very signifieant litigations across Gujarat on issues of impoNance for Banking and investors. He has been significantly contributing to the evolution of law, & has clients of banking and financial, property and construction, & services sectors. He has been involved in assisting companies with conducting due diligence, negotiating underwriting contracts, drafting offering documents, drafting and filinglisting agreements and compliances with disclosure and other as per requirement. His area of specialization is Corporate Finance. He has been a pioneer in India in Succession & Estate Planning. Closely connected with the Banking industry, Jay has been involved in negotiating and drafting, lending and security documentation for Banks and NBFCs.He has vast experience on the stressed asset side and is retained by the Banking Industry to advice on implementation on the procedural aspects of the Securitisation & Reconstruction of FinancialAssets and Enforcement of Security Interest(SARFAESI)Act, 2002.He has advised on several transactions on real estate including matters connected with town ship developments, residential and commercial projects. He has widely contributed and been a pioneer in the area of private wealth laws and advised Business and Personal Succession Planning. He earned his LL.B. from SaurashtraUniversity(Gujarat) India.
